Be Blown Away With Whale Watching in Monterey Bay

Your heart pounds. Your breath catches in your throat. Thar she blows! You snap a photo to share with your friends back home - but you can never capture the awe-inspiring feeling of seeing a whale in its natural habitat. Monterey Bay is one of the best destinations for whale watching on the planet. Humpbacks, orcas, fin whales, minke whales, gray whales, and mighty blue whales can all be sighted at different seasons of the year on a tour with Princess Whale Watching. You can also spot seabirds, seals, sea lions, sea otters, dolphins, porpoises, and sea turtles. Tours depart in the late morning or early afternoon, and they last 2 ½ to 3 hours. Relax in the comfy, heated cabin or step outside into the fresh ocean air to look for the tell-tale spouts and fins. The boat's naturalist guide will be there to point out all the incredible wildlife that you will encounter!

Don't eat right before the trip, and make sure that you are well rested. You can also try acupressure bracelets and ginger candy to alleviate nausea.
